I GOLDEN APES sono uno dei combi più particolari dell’intera scena gothic-rock: il sound che unisce potenti chitarre gothic-rock a malinconiche tastiere si può reputare il marchio di fabbrica di questa band che si distingue anche per l'atipicirà del tono vocale di P.Lebrecht. Con “The geometry of the tempest”(Shadoplay Records) il gruppo persegue l’obiettivo di far conoscere la propria musica anche al di fuori del circuito goth tedesco, cosa che, dopo otto anni di attività e quattro album all’attivo, meriterebbe senza nessun dubbio.
